Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop & write HR policies & procedures and handling daily HR personnel administration

  Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics / Psychology
  • Experience min. 2 years in HR area preferable from banking industry
  • Excellent knowledge of HR personnel administration, policies & procedures
  • Excellent writing skills & able to create & develop HR processes, policies & procedures
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • IT proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point & Visio) applications
  • Fast learner, hard worker and able to work under pressure
