Job vacancy: HR Manager for Salon Division (HRM-SD)
A national leading company in beauty industry is seeking
self-motivated, aggressive and result oriented individual to be a HR Manager for its beauty salon division. The company started with a saloon in 1968, and then developed to 140 saloons throughout Indonesia.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director,
Franchise team, and Operation team to achieve target set by the management.
Main responsibilities :
Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of
an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and
maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel
policies, and regulatory compliance.
The main tasks (but not limited to) are:
1. Aligning business strategy with HR strategy and its policies.
2. Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate HR policies, for the benefit
of the company and employees.
3. Establishing creative and conducive working environment.
4. Ensure good corporate governance through its HR activities
5. Setting up core competencies and align it with business and HR
activities.
Requirement.
1. Show a great understanding on the relationship between Business
strategy with HR policies.
2. At least have 2 years experience in the same job function in the
service Industry.
3. Willing to walk extra miles to implement company's vision, mission
and goals.
4. Have strong sense of business environment and competitors.
6. Easily adapt in every situation
7. Excellent leadership skills.
8. Ability to priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure
without losing creative or innovative thinking capability.
9. Exhibit quality attributes such as results-oriented and
independent while in the other side, demonstrate ability to work in the
team environment.
Working environment:
Mainly will operate in the head office (Jakarta). Some business travel
to region area will be needed.
Other information
