Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop & write HR policies & procedures and handling daily HR personnel administration
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics / Psychology
- Experience min. 2 years in HR area preferable from banking industry
- Excellent knowledge of HR personnel administration, policies & procedures
- Excellent writing skills & able to create & develop HR processes, policies & procedures
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- IT proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point & Visio) applications
- Fast learner, hard worker and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
