HR Recruitment And Organization Development Manager (Psychology Profession)
 

 
Main Responsibilities :
 
The successful applicant will implement all country specific HR development, recruitment & selection, and assessment, organization development processes, initiatives and programs.  Other responsibilities will include:
·         Manage, develop and conduct the recruitment, and selection process to support and aligns with business objectives.
·         Provide support for recruitment, selection & assessment and ensure the fulfillment of manpower needs in every sister companies, branches, and subsidiary that every new recruits meet the company's standard. This includes conducting "targeted selection interviews" and psychological assessment to select the high potential candidates.
·         Manage and develop the assessment process to support and sustain business expansion aimed at evaluating potential talents for promotion as well as to find replacements.
·         Analyze information in relation to performing job evaluation, prepare the job description, design job competency by level, by function for both the corporate staff as well as the sister companies and subsidiary both established as well as newly set-up sister companies.
 
Requirements & Qualifications :
 
Indonesian, Male / Female, 30-36, Master Degree (S-2) Psychology Profession (at least S-1 Degree in Psychology) with 6- 10 years working experience as Human Resources Recruitment and OD Manager/  Assistant in charge of Assessment, Recruitment as well as Organization Development  currently working with multinational or regionally & locally operating companies pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
 
  • Solid understanding of key HR practices and processes (including recruitment & selection, assessment, organization development).
  • In-depth knowledge of targeted selection interviews. Experienced & competent to conduct psycho-diagnostic evaluation & assessment using various relevant psychological assessment method.
  • Able to conduct job analysis,  conduct job evaluation, develop job description, Job Grading & Leveling, restructure organization, performance management system including Potential Assessment, and review company regulation.
  • Manage staffing and placement, career path and planning as well as all aspects of organization development activities.
  • Manage and develop succession planning process by providing guidance and coordinating the succession planning discussion, documentation and submission to ensure it align with the company 's objective.
  • Analyze, develop and implement training and development interventions and programs that address gaps in employee knowledge, attitudes, skills and habits which will help sustain the business.
  • Develop and implement communication plans and programs that will adequately inform employees on business objectives and development.
  • Fluency in English both oral and written is essential requirement.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is a clear advantage.
