Qualifications:
- Gender : MALE / FEMALE
- Age min. 28 – max. 35 years old
- S1 degree in Psychology (S2 will be an advantage) with min GPA 2.75
- Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment & training area and 2 years in supervisory level
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa, good interpersonal skill
- Familiar with Recruitment & Training
- Strong leadership, trustworthy, people oriented, mature
